We’re happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian orders over $65. Free shipping to the USA on orders over $100.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping from our studio in Laval, Quebec, Canada.

1. Canadian Shipping

• Orders under $65, Standard Canadian shipping is $9.50
• Orders under $65, Express Canadian shipping is $15 

Standard shipping: 3 to 9 business days
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

2. USA Shipping

• Orders under $100, Standard US shipping is $15.00
• Orders under $100, Express US shipping is $20.00 

Standard shipping: 4 to 10 business days
Express Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

Please note: All shipping timeframes are estimates. We are at the mercy of the carriers, and delays can occur outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays that extend delivery times beyond the listed ranges.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, or held by customs in the recipient’s country. We also cannot issue refunds for orders delayed due to customs or international carrier issues.

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll gladly offer a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of purchase. Returns are accepted for unused items only, and shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
